Life Activated Brands is a multi-level marketing company specializing in nutritional supplements, weight reduction, and CBD.

Life Activated Brands’ website does not provide a company location. However, company filings show an address in Melissa, Texas.

LaCore Enterprises owns this address.

Terry LaCore owns and operates LaCore Enterprises.

LaCore Enterprises, LaCore’s holding company, has created several businesses in recent years.

In violation of the FTC Act, these firm websites never disclose LaCore Enterprises ownership.

Jessica Hayes and Kimberly Coleman, the “co-founders” of Life Activated Brands, lead the company.

Brandon Hayes, Jessica’s husband, is the CEO and President of Life Activated Brands.

On social media, the Hayes are known as the “Freedom Couple.”

The Hayes created a name for themselves in Zija before starting Life Activated Brands in 2019.

Isagenix purchased Zija in 2019. Rather than staying with Isagenix, the Hayes launched their own business.

Surprisingly, Life Activated Brands was founded in 2018. This shows that the company’s planning began prior to Isagenix’s Zija purchase.

Kimberly Coleman’s Life Activated bio credits her with “8 successful years in Network Marketing”.

I wasn’t able to verify this. In fact, I couldn’t discover anything on Coleman, which strikes me as unusual.

Stay tuned for an in-depth analysis of Life Activated Brands’ MLM potential.

PV is an abbreviation for “Personal Volume.” PV is the total sales earned by retail sales and orders placed by an affiliate.

GV is an abbreviation for “Group Volume.” An affiliate generates PV, and its downline is referred to as GV.

Although not expressly stated, I think retail clients must place at least one order every month to qualify for rank.

Commissions on Retail Sales

Affiliates of Life Activated Brands receive commissions on product sales to retail consumers.

Retail commissions are derived by subtracting the wholesale and retail prices of the items ordered.

Bonuses for Enrollers and Sponsors

The Enroller Bonus serves as both a retail and a recruiting incentive.

The Enroller Bonus pays 25% of the sales volume earned by the first order of a recommended retail customer or recruited affiliate.

The Sponsor Bonus adds 15% to the first upline’s initial orders (the affiliate who recruited the affiliate qualifying for the Enroller Bonus).

The Leadership Pool

Life Activated Brands invests 1% of the company’s total sales volume in the Leadership Pool.

The Leadership Pool is provided based on shares to Ambassador 25K and higher-rated affiliates.

Ambassador 25Ks earn two shares in the Leadership Pool;
Ambassador 30Ks earn three Leadership Pool shares;
Ambassadors in the 35K range earn five Leadership Pool shares;
From Ambassador 40Ks through Legend 100Ks, ten Leadership Pool shares are awarded;
Legend 200Ks earn twenty shares in the Leadership Pool;
Legend 300,000s are entitled to thirty Leadership Pool shares;
Legend 400Ks earn forty shares in the Leadership Pool;
Legend 500Ks earn fifty shares in the Leadership Pool;
The Leadership Pool is computed and paid out every month.

Getting Involved with Life Activated Brands

The annual affiliate membership fee for Basic Life Activated Brands is USD 49.

If an affiliate joins up for a “LAB Business Starter Pack,” the $49 yearly charge is due the second year.

Final Thoughts

My first impression of Life Activated Brands was yet another “me-too” CBD opportunity. Even though it was more filled out than a solitary CBD opportunity, it still had that “let’s see what sticks” feel to it.

When I discovered that Life Activated Brands debuted in 2019, I gave them some leeway.

While MLM CBD launches are unquestionably cliché in 2022, they were not three years ago.

I believe Life Activated Brands’ goods result from “we can manufacture this” rather than any actual marketing hook.

LaCore Enterprises is sponsored by LaCore Labs, a supplement maker in-house. Life Activated Brands’ goods may be of high quality, but how do they compare to the rest of the market?

You have a morinda supplement, weight loss aids (a laxative tea), and CBD oils.

Moringa powder and laxative tea are widely accessible for significantly less than the prices charged by Life Activated Brands. And this isn’t a detailed dive into what’s out there; it’s just a simple Amazon search.

CBD oils are, of course, widely accessible. Thus, Life Activated Brands’ offering falls short.

This isn’t limited to Life Activated Brands; it’s a problem that affects all of LaCore Enterprise’s businesses.

Fortunately, Life Activated Brands does not suffer from a typical faceless corporate mentality. You know who runs Life Activated Brands and can check them up (though you’re still not sure what’s up with Kimberly Coleman’s past).

Moving on to the payout scheme, it’s simple enough.

I’m not a fan of little steps, and Life Activated Brands’ twenty-nine rankings emphasize this.

The primary cause appears to be a cap on monthly residual commissions. I’m not sure why it needs to be so gradual.

Affiliates will rank higher when their volume increases anyhow, so they’re unlikely to notice – but I thought it created unneeded difficulty, especially in the middle tiers.

Qualification improves by 5000 GV, but only by $500 per month in commission. That appears to be somewhat unbalanced.

The good news is that retail is a priority of the firm, and I have to give LaCore Enterprises credit for this since they are constant.

Life Activated Brands’ compensation plan includes retail customer needs; however, I believe retail volume could be better defined.

As far as I understand it, you only need to create retail client orders; the amount they order is unimportant.

Everybody is Life Activated Brands must create at least 70 PV every month. A self-purchase (auto-ship) order is acceptable. What you want to see, though, is retail volume matching.

Retail volume should ideally surpass the affiliate’s order generated. Remember that placing an order isn’t essential; therefore, it’s conceivable that the upline is producing 100% of the required PV through retail sales (which would be fantastic to see!).

Unfortunately, the retail feasibility of Life Activated Brands takes us back to the product offering.

Always compare prices before making a purchase. And possibly even ask a Life Activated Brands associate that inquiry.

Best wishes!
