Columbia’s Financial Superintendence has issued a securities fraud notice to Xifra Lifestyle.

As per the SFC’s December 16th warning:

“This regulating body must authorize the offer to residents of the nation of items and services typical of the stock market by any business or platform housed overseas.

Xifra Lifestyle (does not) presently have any license to offer their financial goods and services directly or indirectly to the nation’s citizens via any methods, including those of the stock market.”

Xifra Lifestyle guarantees a 200 % return on investment. Payouts of up to 2% per day are supposedly earned from CBD planting activities.

In September 2020, we conducted a review of Xifra Lifestyle.

We identified securities fraud and found that Xifra Lifestyle was a Ponzi scheme based on its business strategy.

Jonathan Sifuentes, the creator of Xifra Lifestyle, was detained in Mexico last month.

Sifuentes was later freed, but his present whereabouts are unclear.

In December 2021, BusinessForHome will host a MasterClass to commemorate Sifuentes’ career.

Colombia is the second most significant source of traffic to Xifra Lifestyle’s current website domain, according to Alexa (30 % ).

According to the SFC, it initiated regulatory action against twelve individuals who promoted bogus firms in 2021.

It remains to be seen whether Colombian officials take action against Xifra Lifestyle distributors.
