Experts Moment does not mention who owns or operates the firm on its website.

Experts Moment’s public-facing website is now nothing more than a login form.

The website of Experts Moment is set to Spanish by default. This indicates that the person in charge of Experts Moments is a native Spanish speaker.

Further investigation finds Experts Moment marketing videos referring to “Monroy” as the company’s CEO:

Enrique Monroy is “Monroy”:

Monroy doesn’t appear to have any experience with multilevel marketing. On Facebook, he portrays himself as a Mexican politician.

Monroy’s political career did not turn out, so we have Experts Moment.

As always, if an MLM firm isn’t transparent about who runs or controls it, consider twice before joining and/or turning over any money.

Experts Moment’s Products

Experts Moment does not have any items or services that can be purchased.

Experts Moment affiliate membership is the sole product that affiliates may promote.

The Compensation Plan

Experts Moment affiliates join up with the promise of a daily return of 2% to 5%.

Experts Moment claims that a trading bot creates profits that the firm charges for on different levels:

Free license tier affiliates earn 16% on level 1;

  • $50 license tier affiliates earn 16% on levels 1 and 2;
  • $100 license tier affiliates earn 16% on levels 1 to 3;
  • $200 license tier affiliates who are also Bronze earn 16% on levels 1 to 4; $400 license tier affiliates who are also Silver earn 16% on levels 1 to 5; $800 license tier affiliates who are also Gold earn 16% on levels 1 to 5 and 4% on level 6;
  • $1600 license tier affiliates who are also Platinum earn 16% on levels 1–5 and 4% on levels 6–7;
  • $3200 license tier affiliates who are also Diamond earn 16% on levels 1–5 and 4% on levels 6–8;
  • $6400 license tier affiliates who are also Blue Diamond earn 16% on levels 1–5 and 4% on levels 6–9;
  • $12,800 license tier affiliates who are also Black Diamond earn 16% on levels 1–5 and 4% on levels 6–8.

The MLM opportunity offered by Experts Moment provides commissions on licenses sold to affiliates that are recruited.

Affiliate Ranks

The pay model at Experts Moment has nine levels.

They are as follows, along with their respective qualification criteria:

  • Become an Experts Moment affiliate by signing up and purchasing a license;
  • Bronze – spend at least $200 on a license and earn a total of $2000 in downline license volume;
  • Silver – spend at least $400 on a license, generate $2650 in downline license volume, and have one personally recruited affiliate;
  • Bronze Gold – spend at least $800 on a license, generate $15,350 in downline license volume, and have two personally recruited affiliates;
  • Bronzes Platinum – spend at least $1600 on a license, generate $30,000 in downline license volume, and have three personally recruited affiliates;
  • Silver Diamond – spend at least $3200 on a license, generate $70,000 in downline license volume, and have at least four personally recruited affiliates.

Commissions for Referrals

Experts Moment uses a uni-level compensation system to pay referral commissions.

The number of purchasable uni-level team levels in Experts Moment is capped at 10.

Per license fee sold at each of these ten tiers, a 2.5 % referral payment is given.

Residual Commissions

The same ten-level deep uni-level team pays referral commissions and residual commissions.

The profit split obtained from each affiliate is used to pay residual commissions.

The number of levels at which residual commissions are paid depends on the licensing tier and position:

  • Affiliates on the free license tier earn 16 percent on level one (personally recruited affiliates);
  • Affiliates that purchase a $50 license tier receive 16 percent commission on levels 1 and 2;
  • Affiliates that purchase a $100 license tier receive 16 percent commission on levels 1 through 3;
  • Affiliates with a $200 license tier who are also Bronze earn 16 percent on levels 1 to 4;
  • Affiliates with a $400 license tier who are also Silver receive 16 percent on levels 1 to 5;
  • Affiliates with an $800 license tier who are also Gold receive 16 percent on levels 1 to 5 and 4% on level 6;
  • Affiliates with a $1600 license tier who are also Platinum earn 16 percent on levels 1 to 5 and 4% on levels 6 and 7;
  • Affiliates with a $3200 license tier who are also Diamond earn 16 percent on levels 1 to 5 and 4% on levels 6 to 8;
  • Affiliates with a $6400 license tier who are also Blue Diamond earn 16 percent on levels 1 to 5 and 4% on levels 6 to 9;
  • Affiliates with a $12,800 license tier who are also Black Diamond earn 16 percent on levels 1 to 5 and 4% on levels 6 to 8.

Rank Achievement Bonus

The following one-time Rank Achievement Bonuses are available to affiliates:

  • Qualify at Bronze and receive $100;
  • Qualify at Silver and receive Apple AirPods;
  • Qualify at Gold and receive $1000;
  • Qualify at Platinum and receive an iPhone;
  • Qualify at Gold and receive a MacBook;
  • Qualify at Blue Diamond and receive $10,000;
  • Qualify at Black Diamond and receive a “$50,000 US dollars car”;
  • Qualify at Presidential and receive a “Dubai trip.”

Joining Experts Moment

Affiliate membership with Experts Moment is linked to the purchase of a license:

  • Unrestricted license;
  • $50 for a license;
  • A $100 license;
  • A $200 license;
  • A $400 license;
  • A $800 license;
  • A $1600 license;
  • A $3200 license;
  • A $6400license.

The amount of money an Experts Moment affiliate pays on their license directly influences how much money they can make.

Conclusion

Experts Moment is a run-of-the-mill “lulz can’t touch our money!” ruse.

Affiliates pay a fee and then connect their trading account to a bot of unknown origin and control.

The bot is given funds, and the admins of Experts Moment are allowed to do anything they want with them.

Experts Moment is said to trade binary options, forex, oil, gold, stocks, and cryptocurrency.

Of course, there is no proof of any of this.

Jonathan Alejandro Pilapanta Morales is said to be in charge of Experts Moment’s trading.

Morales’ digital footprint is much less than Enrique Monroy’s. Experts Moment’s false trading claims are evident.

There’s still the question of securities fraud if you wish to buy into Experts Moment’s fictitious trading knowledge.

Experts Moment is offering pyramid recruiting with passive rewards. Regardless of how they are created, the passive returns are a securities offering.

As a result, Experts Moment will be obliged to register with financial regulators. They must also offer audited financial reports, which is far more significant for investors.

Experts Moment presents no proof that it has registered with any financial authority.

This suggests that Experts Moment is committing securities fraud and acting unlawfully at the very least.

I’d also want to draw attention to the ever-increasing licensing payments, which must be upgraded in order to proceed through the compensation scheme.

The increase in fees is intended to recuperate any money given out via bots. It’s hardly a complete recovery, but it helps to postpone Experts Moment’s ultimate demise.

“Lulz has no right to our money!” Schemes fall apart either due to fraudulent transactions or a bot trading disaster.

Affiliates may be left holding a random shitcoin due to which crypto is engaged. Of all, this is all part of the exit scam.

“But I can see the trade!” is a typical response to due diligence into “Lulz can’t touch our money!” scams.

When the gig is over, the money flow ceases.

If the people behind Experts Moment had a miraculous trading bot that could make them 2% to 5% a day, they’d be discreetly running it themselves, right?

Why should the golden goose be given away or license payments accepted?

And I’m pretty sure a failed Mexican politician and his unnamed sidekick didn’t suddenly wake up one morning with a 5%-per-day trading bot under their pillows.

Unfortunately, greed blinds potential investors, allowing them to overlook important due diligence.

Unless they’re con artists recruiting people to join scams like Experts Moment, it’ll eventually end up being an expensive error.
