Ultron will be released as part of Givvo. The implementation is a little weird.

Ultron is being introduced as a different opportunity, previously housed on Givvo’s website:

Until recently, that subdomain was operational. It has now been deactivated.

As far as I can discover, Givvo does not presently have a stand-alone online presence. Regardless, we know it’s linked to Givvo.

Givvo claims to be able to “alter the reality that 99 % of individuals never win in life.”

GIVVO’s fundamental concept arose from a simple wish: fulfilling everyone’s deepest wants while also making the world a better place.

Givvo bills itself as a platform for donations to unnamed “humanitarian groups.”

GIVVO generates funds for one of the licensed Humanitarian Organizations it has collaborated with through the “Donations Campaign.”

We will disclose how this group spent the given funds when the campaign is completed.

Givvo is an eCommerce platform with a contribution backend. You may earn “donation points” by purchasing things on their marketplace. Donation points are assigned to pre-planned initiatives.

I suppose Givvo is simply redirecting what would otherwise be consumer rebates towards contributions.

A referral revenue possibility is attached to Givvo:

Alexa presently puts Givvo’s website traffic at 2.8 million. This isn’t a lot.

There is no information supplied on who owns Givvo and, by extension, Ultron.

It is represented on Givvo’s website in the “campaign rules” section as being operated through the UK shell business Prizer22 LTD.

An MLM firm based in or claiming to be based in the United Kingdom is a red flag.

In the United Kingdom, incorporation is dirt cheap and virtually uncontrolled. Furthermore, the United Kingdom’s leading financial regulator, the FCA, does not aggressively regulate MLM-related securities fraud.

As a result, the United Kingdom is a popular destination for fraudsters wishing to incorporate, run, and bogus market businesses.

Incorporation in the UK or registration with the FCA are irrelevant for MLM due diligence.

The official Facebook page of Givvo is administered from Slovakia and Slovenia. This is consistent with the company’s eCommerce platform, which operates in euros.

Givvo posted an event video to their YouTube account in September 2021:

Matej Cifra, a YouTuber from Slovakia, is the man in the video. Cifra is the owner of the YouTube channel Sajfa.

I couldn’t confirm how involved Cifra is with Givvo of Ultron.

Cifra introduced me to Tobias Sukenik, who I can guarantee is significantly involved with Givvo.

Sukenik co-founded TBF International, a CBD MLM firm, in 2019. Kannaway purchased TBF International in 2020.

TBF International’s other co-founders are named as Michal Kyselica and Michal Prazenica in the BusinessForHome article referenced above.

Kyselica appears to have moved on, although Michal Prazenica is listed as the CEO of Givvo on LinkedIn.

Sukenik and Prazenica are linked to the BeReal Estate Ponzi scam in 2018, prior to co-founding TBF International.

I discovered here that I might have spared myself some effort because our reader had previously linked Sukenik and Prazenica to Givvo.

That was in October 2021. Because the details of Givvo’s business plan were not disclosed, I was unable to post a review.

Another reader just contacted me and asked for a Givvo/Ultron review. This time, I was able to help.

According to their social media profiles, Tobias Sukenik and Michal Prazenica both live in Dubai.

Due to restricted extradition treaties and a lack of regulation of MLM-related securities fraud, Dubai serves as a sanctuary for fraudsters.

We believe Dubai to be the MLM fraud capital of the globe. Any MLM firm situated in Dubai or management based there raises warning flags.

Givvo and Ultron’s operations appear to be scattered among Dubai, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

Ultron’s Products

Ultron has no retailable items or services.

Affiliates can only promote Ultron affiliate membership.

Ultron’s Compensation Plan

Ultron affiliates invest in ULTRON tokens on the prospect of advertised rewards.

Ultron tokens are offered to affiliates for one penny each in three packages: EUR 500, 1500, and 5000.

All bundles include a 20% bonus ULTRON tokens.

Once purchased, ULTRON tokens are parked with the corporation in exchange for the stated returns.

The ROI paid on Ultron token investment is determined by the length of time an affiliate spends their tokens:

  • 0.2 % per day for the first year;
  • 0.1 % per day for the second year;
  • 0.05 % per day for the third year;
  • 0.025 % every day for the fourth year;
  • 0.012 % each day for the sixth year.

Ultron’s MLM division provides commissions on tokens acquired by recruited affiliates.

Ranks of Ultron Affiliates

Ultron’s pay scheme has fifteen affiliate positions.

They are as follows, along with their respective qualification criteria:

  • Active Partner – earn EUR 100 in weaker binary team side volume;
  • Supervisor – create a total of 2500 EUR in weaker binary team side volume;

Commissions for Referrals

Ultron affiliates get a 10% fee on token bundles bought by individually recruited affiliates.

Commissions on Recurring Sales

Ultron employs a binary compensation mechanism to pay commissions on residuals.

Ultron totals fresh investment volume on both sides of the binary team at the conclusion of each week.

Affiliates are compensated 10% of the investment volume achieved on their weaker binary team side.

Commissions are capped weekly based on rank:

  • Active Partners can earn up to EUR 3000 through Masters;
  • Team Managers can earn up to EUR 5000 each year;
  • President Managers can earn up to EUR 7500 each month.
  • Regional Managers can make up to EUR 10,000 each year;
  • Executive Directors may earn up to EUR 12,000 each year;
  • Diamond Directors have the potential to earn up to EUR 20,000;
  • Directors with a Double Diamond status might earn up to EUR 30,000;
  • Vice Presidents may earn up to EUR 40,000 each year;
  • Presidents can earn up to EUR 50,000 each year;
  • Global Presidents can make up to EUR 75,000 per year;
  • Star Presidents can make up to EUR 175,000 per year;
  • Legends have the potential to earn up to EUR 350,000.

After the volume has been paid out, it is matched against the stronger binary team side and flushed.

Any excess volume is carried over to the following week.

Bonus for New Hires

If an Ultron affiliate recruits five affiliates who purchase a package within 30 days of signing up, they will earn a refund on their initial package purchase.

It is important to note that the packages purchased by affiliates must be the same or higher than the one purchased by the qualified affiliate.

Leader Bonus Pools

Ultron invests 5% of the business income in a Leaders Bonus Pool.

The Leaders Bonus Pool is divided into four equal smaller pools.

Ultron affiliates are eligible for a portion of the lesser Leader Bonus Pools dependent on their rank:

  • Managers receive a portion of a Manager Leader Bonus Pool, whereas Directors receive a part of a Director Leader Bonus Pool;
  • Presidents are eligible for a share of a President Leader Bonus Pool;
  • Legends are eligible for a portion of the Legend Leader Bonus Pool Rank Achievement Bonus.

Ultron awards affiliates that qualify at Team Manager or above with the following one-time Rank Achievement Bonuses:

  • Qualify at Team Manager and receive EUR 500;
  • Qualify at President Manager and receive EUR 1200;
  • Qualify at Regional Manager and receive EUR 2500;
  • Qualify at Executive Director and receive EUR 6000;
  • Qualify at Diamond Director and receive EUR 15,000;
  • Qualify at Double Diamond Director and receive EUR 30,000;
  • Qualify at President and receive EUR 200,000;
  • Qualify for Global President and get EUR 500,000;
  • Qualify for Star President and receive EUR 1,000,000;
  • Qualify for Legend and receive EUR 2,500,000.

Joining Ultron

Ultron affiliate membership is related to the purchase of a €500, €1500, or EUR 5000 Ultron token bundle.

The more an affiliate spends on their package, the greater their earning potential.

Conclusion

A Givvo marketing film from late October revealed that it has its own cryptocurrency component:

Ultron sees Givvo go full crypto bro with pyramid recruiting and securities fraud.

Unsurprisingly, Ultron’s crypto bro ambitions do not yet exist.

The investment scam is set to launch. Ultron affiliates sign up, invest in Ultron tokens, park those tokens with the firm (staking), and get a passive return.

This is a securities offering, which necessitates registration with financial regulators.

Ultron has no external source of revenue (the eCommerce business failed, so that’s out); thus, returns on invested Ultron are paid with later invested monies.

Ultron will very certainly come up with some phony compliance to explain this away. However, without audited financial records submitted with authorities, this is useless.

Ultron’s MLM side pays on the recruitment of affiliates who also invest. Due to the lack of retail in Ultron’s MLM potential, this amounts to pyramid recruiting.

Two levels of fraud, a UK shell company for banking, and let’s not forget Givvo is operated by crooks hiding in Dubai.

Good luck getting your money back from them when Ultron eventually fails.

Looking ahead to the impending exit-scam, Ultron’s marketing literature references an “Ethereum virtual machine compatible protocol.”

That, I assume, is just a convoluted way of saying Ultron is an ERC20 shittoken. These take around five minutes to put up and are quite inexpensive.

At the time of writing, Ultron did not appear to be openly tradeable. If this holds true, Tobias Sukenik and Michal Prazenica will depart stage left as part of Ultron’s exit scam.

This will leave Ultron affiliates with tokens they can’t use.

Admins will flee with invested monies if Ultron is finally dumped on shady exchanges, leaving affiliates in a sell-off race to the bottom.

Whatever path Ultron’s administrators choose, logic assures that most Ponzi scheme participants lose money.
