iKapitol does not provide any ownership or executive information on its website.

On November 29th, 2021, iKapitol’s website domain was privately registered.

iKapitol claims to be “supported by Beat Markets, incorporated in Spain”.

Beat Markets is described as a finance-experienced organization with “presence in Europe and Latin America.”

One thing that mention of Latin America and Europe has in common is that iKapitol’s website defaults to Spanish.

Products by iKapitol

iKapitol does not offer any retailable items or services. Affiliates can only promote iKapitol affiliate membership.

Higher-priced iKapitol affiliate membership tiers provide you access to:

  • A cheap trip booking platform (Kapitol-500 and higher);
  • A “financial education university” (Kapitol-1000 and higher);
  • “Market signals” (Kapitol-2500 and higher);
  • “Capital group with customized care” (Kapitol-5000 and higher);

OTC (Kapitol-10000 and higher);

The Compensation Plan

iKapitol’s affiliates buy in bitcoin with the promise of a monthly 5 to 15% ROI paid every weekday for a year.

  • Kapitol-250 – $250;
  • Kapitol-500 – $500;
  • Kapitol-1000 – $1000;
  • Kapitol-2500 – $2500;
  • Kapitol-5000 – $5000;
  • Kapitol-10000 – $10,000;
  • Kapitol-25000 – $25,000;
  • Kapitol-50000 – $50,000.

The MLM component of iKapitol is based on the recruiting of affiliate investors.

Affiliate Ranks

Within iKapitol’s compensation model, there are nine affiliate ranks:

Affiliate – Invest between $250 and $50,000;

  • Consultant – earn $2000 in personally recruited affiliate investment volume and $5000 GV (divided into $2500/$2500);
  • Leader – earn $5000 in personally recruited affiliate investment volume, as well as $15,000 GV (divided $7500/$7500);
  • Executive – earn $10,000 in personally recruited affiliate investment volume and $30,000 GV (divided into $15,000/$15,000);
  • Senior – earn $20,000 in personally recruited affiliate investment volume, as well as $50,000 GV (divided $25,000/$25,000);
  • Ambassador – generate $55,000 in personally recruited affiliate investment volume and $70,000 GV (divided into $35,000/$35,000);
  • Director – create $100,000 in personally recruited affiliate investment volume, as well as $150,000 in GV (divided $75,000/$75,000);
  • President – create $150,000 in personally recruited affiliate investment volume, as well as $500,000 GV (divided $250,000/$250,000);
  • Partner – raise $1,000,000 in individually recruited affiliate investment volume and $1,500,000 in GV (divided $750,000/$750,000).

GV is an abbreviation for “Group Volume,” and it refers to the investment made by your whole downline.

The GV ratio represented the amount of money that had to be invested on both sides of the binary team (see “residual commissions” below).

Commissions for Referrals

Affiliates of iKapitol get a 10% referral commission on funds invested by directly recruited affiliates.

iKapitol compensates residual commissions with a binary compensation structure:

iKapitol totals new investment volume on both sides of the binary team at the conclusion of each day.

Affiliates receive 10% of funds invested on their weaker binary team side.

When monies are paid out, they are matched against the strong binary team side and flushed.

Bonus for Rank Achievement

iKapitol offers the following one-time Rank Achievement Bonuses to affiliates that qualify at Consultant or higher:

  • Consultant– $200;
  • Executive – $750;
  • Leader – $500;
  • Senior citizen – $1000;
  • Ambassador — $1000 plus a “beach trip”;
  • President – $25,000;
  • Partner – an unspecified “percentage of the company”.

Summing Up

iKapitol is a standard MLM cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme perpetrated by anonymous con artists.

You have a load of nonsense about trading, which is represented by this similarly nonsense trading revenue graph:

The only method to confirm that iKapitol is generating external ROI revenue is to submit audited financial reports.

In addition to failing to produce these, iKapitol is not registered in any jurisdiction to offer securities.

This suggests that iKapitol is, at the very least, practicing securities fraud.

Despite the fact that anyone capable of generating 5% to 15% a month isn’t giving you access for free, the only way an MLM organization commits securities fraud is if it’s conducting a Ponzi scheme.

That is, newly invested funds are recycled to pay pyramid commissions and ROI withdrawals.

As with other MLM Ponzi scams, if affiliate recruitment dries up, fresh investment will dry up as well.

This will deprive iKapitol of ROI revenue, eventually leading to its demise.

The mathematics underlying Ponzi schemes ensures that when they fail, the vast majority of participants lose money.
