Spain’s Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores has issued a securities fraud notice against Intelligence Prime Capital.

Intelligence Prime Capital was warned by the CNMV on March 28th.

Article 140 of the Spanish Securities Markets Act prohibits it from providing investing services.

In other countries, this is the equivalent of a securities fraud warning.

Intelligence Prime Capital appears to be a Ponzi scam based in Singapore.

Intelligence Prime Capital, which was launched in mid-2021, has been dealing with withdrawal troubles since mid-February.

Several exit-scam ruses have been floated in recent weeks, the most recent being “we got hacked!” on March 29th.

Withdrawals from Intelligence Prime Capital are presently disabled due to the move from forex to cryptocurrency fraud.

According to website traffic statistics, the bulk of Intelligence Prime Capital investors is from Nigeria (21%), the United States (13%), and India (11 percent ).

Intelligence Prime Capital was predominantly advertised across the United States until recently.
