Pro Trade Club is a multilevel marketing company that specializes in forex and cryptocurrency trading.

Joshua Felts, the company’s founder, and CEO is in charge.

In our examination of Manifest FX, BehindMLM stumbled upon Felts.

We reported Manifest FX for securities fraud after learning that co-founder Felts was located in Georgia.

On March 4th, BehindMLM released a review of Manifest FX. On March 11th, the company’s official YouTube channel posted a video titled “Pro Trade Club Official Pre Launch!”

Even though Felts’ name was still on Manifest FX marketing materials when we published our evaluation, it appears that he parted ways with the firm before Pro Trade Club went into prelaunch.

In doing research for this article, I went to Felt’s Instagram account to see when he last referenced Manifest FX. Felts, on the other hand, has kept his Instagram page private since I last looked at it in early March.

Felts sponsored Silver Star Live and Epic Trading before Manifest FX.

Retail consumers or recruited Pro Trade Club associates might be referred, to as subscribers.

Subscribers to the Downline Pro Package are those who have been suggested by everyone in your unilevel team (i.e. your entire downline).

The splits relate to the total number of subscriptions that may be tallied throughout three unilevel team legs.

An affiliate is put at the head of a unilevel team, with every individually recruited affiliate placed right behind them (level 1):

Level 1 affiliates who recruit new affiliates are assigned to the original affiliate’s unilevel team’s level 2.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are promoted to level 3, and so on, up to a theoretical limit of an unlimited number of levels.

A fresh leg is generated for each affiliate individually recruited into the unilevel squad.

Commissions for Referrals

On the sale of Pro Package memberships to retail clients and recruited affiliates, Pro Trade Club pays a referral commission.

According to the unilevel team, Pro Trade Club offers referral commissions down three tiers of recruitment:

• IBOs earn $25 for every subscription sold on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates); Pro 500 rank affiliates earn $25 on level 1 and $17 on level 2; Pro 1000 and higher rank affiliates earn $25 on level 1, $17 on level 2, and $12 on level 3;

See “Pro Trade Club Affiliate Ranks” above for more information on the unilevel team.

Residual Commissions are commissions that are paid regularly.

Pro Trade Club provides a residual commission based on rank every week:

• Pro 500 ranked affiliates earn $125 per week • Pro 1000 ranked affiliates earn $250 per week • Pro 2000 ranked affiliates earn $500 per week • Pro 5000 ranked affiliates earn $1250 per week • VIP 10 ranked affiliates earn $2500 per week • VIP 20 ranked affiliates earn $5000 per week • VIP 50 ranked affiliates earn $12,500 per week

Bonus for Rank Achievement

The Rank Achievement Incentive is a one-time bonus provided on rank qualifying, unlike residual commissions, which are paid weekly:

• qualify at Pro 500 for $125; qualify at Pro 1000 for $250; qualify at Pro 2000 for $500; qualify at Pro 5000 for $1250; qualify at VIP 10 for $2500; qualify at VIP 20, hold rank for 60 days, and receive $5000; qualify at VIP 50, hold rank for 60 days, and receive $12,500; qualify at Executive 100, hold rank for 60 days, and receive $25,000; qualify at Executive 250, hold rank for 90 days, and receive $62,500

You earn $125,000 if you qualify for Executive 500 and keep your position for 90 days; earn $250,000 if you qualify for Executive 1M and hold your position for 90 days.

Pro Trade Club membership

The monthly affiliate membership fee for Pro Trade Club is $4.95.

Conclusion of the Pro Trade Club

Pro Trade Club is a step back from Manifest FX’s blatant securities fraud. However, there is some doubt about the Pro Trade Studio offering.

Let’s take a look at Pro Trade Club’s education, training, and signals before we go into it. After all, this is what a $297 Pro Package membership is all about.

Pro Trade Club is rather forthcoming about who is funding their training and education.

Nine corporate team members cover these goods, according to the corporation (notice that Vice President Jason Felts is Josh Felts’ brother, and David Felts is probably another relative):

What you’ll see is a big hole in who’s behind Pro Trade Club’s trading side.

There is no information on the company’s website or marketing materials about who is giving trading advice and signals to members.

Our expert portfolio managers and ex-bank traders will teach you how to analyze and trade the markets like a pro for big profits.

Learn expert trading tactics at live seminars led by experienced traders.

Earn money while you’re learning: How to work with expert traders to place more effective transactions.

We have a staff of full-time traders that provide trade ideas and market indications right to your device daily.

Knowing whose guidance you’re paying for is vital due diligence, especially given the marketing claims made and the $247 monthly fee.

Consumers cannot make an educated judgment regarding Pro Trade Club’s trading and signals at this time. This might be a violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act (disclosures).

Moving on to Pro Trade Studio, the first red flag is that Pro Trade Club’s website has no information on Pro Trade Studio.

The following slide is from a marketing presentation given by the Pro Trade Club:

Pro Trade Studio appears to be a standard MetaTrader trading bot on the surface. Pro Trade Club’s marketing pitch on automation is ambiguous, whether on purpose or not.

Without writing a single line of code, select your settings and build an Expert Advisor to perform your work for you.

Trading strategies built-in 100% native MQL code are exported by our Expert Advisor Studio.

We never utilize or require third-party code, and the code is completely compliant with MetaTrader.

Pro Trade Studio’s legal compliance hinges on whether or not tactics are offered. If that’s the case, Pro Trade Studio is a standard automated trading bot disguised as *wink wink, nudge nudge* uncertainty.

It’s OK if subscribers must choose their tactics.

The “expectation of gains via the labor of others” prong of the Howey Test would be satisfied if Pro Trade Club provided tactics, including instructions on how to “configure parameters and export” (essentially the same thing).

As a result, Pro Trade Studio would be considered a securities offering.

Given that Pro Trade Studio isn’t included on Pro Trade Club’s website and that Josh Felt co-founded Manifest FX, which is almost certainly engaged in securities fraud, I’m not inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Anyone who has joined up for Pro Trade Studio is encouraged to inquire if automated trading or automated “strategies” provision is available.

Finally, if the majority of subscribers are also affiliated, Pro Trade Club faces the risk of becoming a pyramid scam. I’m not sure where I stand on this, except to say that $247/$297 per month isn’t inexpensive.

Forcing affiliates to purchase a product lends itself to any MLM organization operating as a pyramid scam, in my opinion.

The good news is that validating how your potential upline runs their Pro Trade Club business on an individual basis is simple.

Demand proof that your potential upline is making enough money in trading to meet their monthly subscription price of $247 or $297.

If they can’t supply this, they’ll most likely rely on subscription sales and an MLM opportunity to make money. That seems like a pyramid scam to me.

As a retail client, you can also demand proof of at least $247 or $297 in monthly trading revenue over the previous few months.

As a retail client, your pyramid worries are less serious (you’re not in the MLM business), but you’ll still get a sense of whether Pro Trade Club’s analyses and signals are worth the money.

Approach with care until you know who’s behind Pro Trade Club’s analysis and signals and whether completely automated trading is achievable through Pro Trade Studio.
