Decentra has been charged with securities fraud in the Philippines.

According to a Securities and Exchange Commission notice issued on June 14th,

CENTER, its representatives, agents, and individuals and groups of individuals acting on their behalf were found to be selling unregistered securities to the public without the Commission’s approval or license.

The SEC cites Decentra’s 120 percent ROI “staking” investment potential as well as a “Dubai Promo.”

(Decentra) also claims that a member may recruit as many people as he likes, earn 50,000 USD from the hard effort of recruiting others, and benefit even if he doesn’t do anything through its representatives, agents, and presenters.

Decentra is a follow-up to the failed Xifra Lifestyle Ponzi scheme.

Jonathan Sifuentes, the company’s creator, escaped to Dubai early this year after being raided by Mexican officials. Sifuentes is also facing regulatory action in the United States.

Decentra began as a Ponzi scheme based in Dubai last month. The MLM crime capital in the globe in Dubai.

As a result, the general public is urged to avoid spending their hard-earned money in such a high-yield, high-risk investment scheme, to exercise caution when dealing with representatives of the above-named company, and NOT TO INVEST OR STOP INVESTING in such institution.
