ZYIA Active is a brand that promotes an active lifestyle. It is also a culture whose values act as a source of excitement, vitality, and joy.

ZYIA Active has offices in the United States, Canada, and Australia. On its website, the firm does not disclose a corporate address.

However, ZYIA Active’s website Terms & Conditions have a mailing address in Draper, Utah.

Erin Bradley is the CEO of ZYIA Active. The Chairman of the Board is Jeremiah Bradley.

ZYI Active was founded by Erin Bradley and her husband, I wanted to make something that would bring women together to become healthier, more active, and feel more fulfilled in their lives.

I learned that being outside with my friends and doing something physical or adventurous, or preferably both, was one of the greatest ways for me to keep energetic and cheerful.

It inspired me to become more involved with my own family. It also helped me be more productive in other aspects of my life, and I became closer to becoming my best self as a result.

My family was able to break away from devices and distractions by being active and going outside.

I was unable to determine whether Erin Bradley had any prior MLM experience before joining ZYIA Active.

In 2015, Jeremiah Bradley was first featured on BehindMLM as co-CEO of Agel.

Jeremiah Bradley joined Agel Enterprises right after graduating from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies.

Agel was established in 2005. The CVSL was sold in 2013. CVSL was renamed JRJR33 before collapsing in July 2018, pulling Agel along with it.

Jeremiah Bradley appears to have left JRJR33 a few years before its demise (perhaps while Agel was declining), with ZYIA Active starting in 2016.

The Products of ZYIA Active

ZYIA Active sells sportswear for ladies, men, and children.

ZYIA doesn’t say where their clothes are created, but they do mention the textiles they utilize.

The majority of Zyia’s textiles are 4-way stretch to aid with stretch, compression, form, fit, and comfort.

Many additional design aspects and technology are used to produce the type of performance-enhancing comfort tt a professional athlete demands from their clothes.

Copper-infused fibers in our shirts prevent odor-causing microorganisms from growing.

These garments resist odor between washes and are great for people who sweat a lot or have to carry their old training clothes around in a gym bag.

Compensation Plan for ZYIA Active

Affiliates are compensated for sales made to retail consumers by ZYIA Active. If a sales volume objective is met, an affiliate receives a retail bonus, which includes the affiliate’s order volume.

A uni-level team is responsible for paying residual commissions. Affiliates that expand their ZYIA Active company are rewarded with Rank Achievement Bonuses.

Active Affiliate Ranks on ZYIA

In ZYIA Active’s compensation structure, there are eleven affiliate ranks.

They are as follows, along with their respective qualification criteria:

Sign up as a ZYIA associate and create and maintain 200 PV as a representative.

Maintain 200 PV each month, produce 1500 in cumulative PV, and generate and maintain 600 first-level GV every month as a Junior Representative.

Senior Representative – create and maintain 300 PV each month, 3000 PV accumulated per month, and 2000 GV per month (1200 first-level GV)

Director – create and maintain 500 PV per month, 10,000 PV in total, and 10,000 GV each month (2000 first-level GV)

Maintain 500 PV per month, create 15,000 in cumulative PV, and generate and maintain 20,000 GV every month as a Senior Director (2500 first-level GV)

Executive – create and maintain 600 PV per month, 20,000 PV in total, and 50,000 GV each month (3000 first-level GV)

Maintain 600 PV each month, create 25,000 in cumulative PV, and generate and maintain 100,000 GV every month as a ZYIA Executive (3500 first-level GV)

Double Maintain 600 PV each month, create 30,000 in cumulative PV and generate and maintain 250,000 GV every month as a ZYIA Executive (4000 first-level GV)

Maintain 600 PV every month, create 40,000 in cumulative PV, and generate and maintain 500,000 GV per month as part of the ZYIA Elite program (3500 first-level GV)

Maintain 600 PV every month, create 75,000 PV in total, and generate and maintain 1,000,000 GV per month (10,000 first-level GV)

Maintain 600 PV every month, create 150,000 in cumulative PV, and generate and maintain 5,000,000 GV per month using ZYIA Presidential (20,000 first-level GV)

“Personal Volume” is the abbreviation for “Personal Volume.” Personal Volume refers to the total amount of money spent by an affiliate on his or her purchases as well as retail sales.

The abbreviation GV stands for “Group Volume.” PV generated by an affiliate and their downline is referred to as group volume.

Only affiliates who have been individually recruited produce first-level GV (not the whole downline).

Retail Commissions On sales to retail consumers, ZYIA affiliates receive a 20% to 25% retail commission.

Senior Director’s representatives are paid a 20% retail commission rate.

Retail commissions are paid at a rate of 25% to executives and above.

A ZYIA affiliate who creates 1000 PV in a month receives an 8% incentive for that month (PV includes the affiliate’s purchases).

Residual Commissions ZYIA Active uses a uni-level compensation system to pay residual commissions.

An affiliate is put at the head of a uni-level team, with every individually recruited affiliate placed right behind them (level 1):

Level 1 affiliates who recruit new affiliates are assigned to the original affiliate’s unilevel team’s level 2.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are promoted to level 3, and so on, up to a theoretical limit of an unlimited number of levels.

The number of paying uni-level team levels in ZYIA Active is capped at 10.

The number of levels on which a ZYIA Active affiliate can receive residual commissions is governed by their rank:

MLM commissions are not paid to representatives.

On level 1, junior representatives get 5%. (personally recruited affiliates)

Senior Representatives receive 5% on level one and 2% on level two.

Level 1 directors earn 5%, level 2 directors earn 3%, level 3 directors earn 1%, and levels 4 and 5 directors earn 0.5 percent.

Senior Directors are paid 6% on level 1, 3% on level 2, and 1% on levels 4 through 7.

Executives receive 8% on level one, 4% on level two, 1.5 percent on level three, and 1% on levels four through nine.

Executives at ZYIA receive 8% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 1.5 percent on levels 3 to 5, 2% on levels 6 and 7, and 1% on levels 8 and 9.

Double ZYIA executives receive 10% on level one, 5% on level two, 2% on levels three through nine, and 1% on level ten.

ZYIA Elites earn 11% on level one, 5% on level two, 2% on level three, 2.5 percent on levels four and five, 3% on levels six and seven, and 2% on levels eight and ten.

Presidential earn 11% on level one, 5% on level two, 2% on level three, 3% on levels four through nine, and 2% on level ten.

ZYIA Presidentials earn 11% on level 1, 5% on level 2, 3% on levels 3–5, 4% on levels 6–7, and 3% on levels 8–10.

Bonus for Rank Achievement

ZYIA Active offers the following one-time Rank Achievement Bonuses to affiliates that reach the rank of Junior Representative or higher:

within 3 months of signing up, qualify as Junior Representative and receive $50, qualify as Senior Representative and receive $75, qualify as Director and receive $100, qualify as Senior Director and receive $200, qualify as Executive and receive $500, qualify at ZYIA Executive and receive $1000, qualify at Double ZYIA Executive and receive $5000, qualify at ZYIA Elite and receive $10,000, qualify at Presidential and receive $12,000, qualify at ZYIA Presidential and receive $10,000, qualify at Presidential and receive $12,000, qualify at Presidential and receive

The purchase of a “Starter Kit” appears to be required for ZYIA Active affiliate membership.

The following is taken from ZYIA Active’s support FAQ:

The Starter Kit costs $295 (with a $100 gift voucher) and stays the same price no matter how many things are included in the kit.

In most cases, our beginning set has five products. A cap, a pair of joggers, a bra, a tank, and a pair of leggings are examples of such things.

Conclusion ZYIA Active

I can’t speak about the women’s clothes, but ZYIA Active has a comprehensive Men’s line that covers all the bases.

The prices are a tad too expensive. ZYIA Active charges a premium, therefore you’d better believe their attire is worth the money.

Fit, durability, and moisturmoisture-wickingl factors to consider. You can’t measure these before you buy them, save for fit.

Zyia Active, on the other hand, promises to check all the boxes.

Zyia offers high-quality, well-fitting clothing that may be used for jogging up a mountain, performing yoga at the gym, or simply doing errands with the kids.

As someone who has a few hundred dollars worth of activewear in rotation, I believe that it’s smart to test-spend with any new brand. After a few sessions, assess how well the item is holding up.

The understated branding of ZYIA Active was something I liked. There’s nothing worse than working out in billboard advertising clothing.

Erin Bradley appears to be the company’s driving force out of the two. She took Jeremiah along for the voyage after Agel. At least, that’s how I got the sense.

In any case, Jeremiah Bradley has plenty of expertise, as evidenced by the fact that ZYIA Active is now in its sixth year of operation.

If the Bradleys’ corporate profiles are any indication, they both live active lives and, like anybody who has created an athletic wardrobe, know what to look for in their gear.

They, in a sense, walk the walk and talk the talk.

There are no retail volume criteria in ZYIA Active’s compensation plan, which is a glaring omission.

ZYIA Active’s highish PV requirements help to compensate for this. The starting point is 200 PV. If you’re relying on self-purchase to qualify and aren’t making sales, it may rapidly add up.

Especially when garments aren’t consumed right away. On the other hand, garage fulls of inventory loading (MLM thrift shop dumps aren’t hard to discover on social media) are still a thing, especially when it comes to apparel.

Given ZYIA Active’s initial PV requirement of 200, I believe that demanding 100 PV to be retail is appropriate. This increases as you progress through the levels, peaking at 600 PV halfway through Executive.

Isn’t it reasonable to expect 300 PV in monthly retail sales out of a 600 PV requirement? That’s a lot of clothes to horde, therefore somebody at Executive should be generating at least 300 PV every month in retail sales.

The good news is that these PV levels leave no space for uncertainty. If you’re considering becoming a ZYIA Active affiliate, you should inquire about your possible upline rank.

Check the PV requirements for that position and request proof of retail sales. Keep in mind that you’re being sold a business opportunity. You don’t need to know how much your potential upline earns, but establishing retail sales should be no problem.

This is the compensation plan’s weakest feature, as it is feasible to sign up, commit to a monthly purchase, and then get compensated for encouraging others to do the same.

Even if they end up giving away the massive quantity of apparel that would be required each month, ZYIA Active would still be a pyramid scam.

It’s a particular niche to focus on recruitment rather than retail, but I feel compelled to mention it. It’s also something that ZYIA Active can avoid. Perhaps they’ll look at it in the future.

If everything else fails, if you’re intrigued, try a test-spend on ZYIA Active clothes. Give it a few weeks and wash cycles, and if you believe the company is a good fit (pun intended), do the upline due diligence and go from there.
