GrenMiner’s website has no information on who owns or operates the firm.

On March 19th, 2022, GrenMiner’s website domain (“grenminer.com”) was privately registered.

GrenMiner presents incorporation information for “GrenMiner Limited” in an attempt to look authentic.

On March 22nd, 2022, GrenMiner Limited was formed in the United Kingdom.

An MLM firm based in the United Kingdom, or claiming to be based in the United Kingdom, is a red sign.

The cost of forming a company in the United Kingdom is quite low, and it is practically uncontrolled. Furthermore, the FCA, the UK’s leading financial regulator, does not actively monitor securities fraud associated with MLM.

As a result, the United Kingdom is a popular destination for fraudsters trying to set up, operate, and advertise fictitious businesses.

Incorporation in the United Kingdom or registration with the Financial Conduct Authority has no bearing on MLM due diligence.

We can detect a reference to Jivo, a Russian support chat software, in the source code of GrenMiner’s website:

This shows that the person in charge of GrenMiner is linked to Russia.

On June 9th, the Russian Central Bank issued a GrenMiner financial fraud warning.

As always, if an MLM firm isn’t transparent about who runs or controls it, consider twice before joining and/or turning over any money.

Products by GrenMiner

Greiner does not sell any items or services to the general public.

Affiliates can only promote their GrenMiner affiliate membership.

Compensation Plan for Greiner

Affiliates of GrenMiner contribute 001 to 2 bitcoin (or equivalent) in exchange for hourly and/or daily returns:

4.5 percent each hour for a total of 24 hours (108 percent )

After 24 hours, 115 percent, 270 percent after five days, and 2450 percent after 16 days

Greiner gives referral commissions for bitcoin investments at three levels (unilevel):

6% for level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) and 1% for levels 2 and 3.

Greiner affiliate membership is completely free.

A 0.001 BTC or comparable investment is required to fully participate in the linked income opportunity.

Greiner accepts bitcoin, etEthereumlitecoin, dogecoin, ripple, Binance coin, Tron, stellar, and tether as payment methods.

Conclusion of GrenMiner

Greiner claims that bitcoin mining is how the company makes money.

Our firm, Grenminer Limited, specializes in mining and the selling of various sorts of mining chips.

Crypto mining is still a standard MLM crypto Ponzi even though it has taken a backseat to trade.

Greiner does not present any evidence that it is involved in crypto mining. Furthermore, there is no proof that any external revenue is being utilized to pay affiliate withdrawals.

GrenMiner’s business model also fails to pass the Ponzi logic test. Anyone capable of creating anything close to 2450 percent in 16 days isn’t going to give it to you for free.

New investment is now the sole confirmed source of revenue for Greiner.

Greiner is a Ponzi scam since it uses fresh investment to pay affiliate withdrawals.

As with many MLM Ponzi scams, once affiliate recruiting stops, fresh investment stops as well.

Greiner will be deprived of ROI income as a result, eventually collapsing.

Ponzi schemes are mathematically certain to lose money for the vast majority of participants when they fail.
