Jason Lyn and Dennis Dvorin have been removed as defendants in the impending Infinity2Global criminal trial.

Dvorin and Lyn will be put on trial separately later, as the court-mandated.

To be removed from the main I2G trial, defendant Dvorin went before the court after receiving a “recent diagnosis of a malignant tumor under his tongue.”

The DOJ did not file a response to Dvorin’s motion, which the court approved on July 1.

The court also decided to separate Jason Lyn from the defendant in its ruling.

It is also appropriate to separate the accusations against Syn, even if this was not brought up by any of the parties. A request to sever may often be granted sua sponte by the court.

This thirteen-count Second Superseding Indictment against various defendants is based on a number of criminal statutes, and the trial is planned to last six weeks. It alleges the existence of a multi-level marketing scam.

The Court feels that separating two defendants and allowing the already scheduled trial to proceed against three defendants would be more efficient and effective.

The primary Infinity2Global trial is still slated to begin on July 12 in a few days.

The defendants Richard G. Maike, Doyce G. Barnes, and Faraday N. Hosseinipour will defend the Infinity2Global Ponzi scheme during the trial as per the court’s ruling.
