Matrix cycler “It’s Only 5” is a Detroit, Michigan-based company.

On March 19th, 2022, It’s Only 5’s website domain (itsonly5.com) was registered privately.

Getting ready to ascend. Elton and Sarah Potts, as well as John and Lisa Arnold, are the co-founders of It’s Only 5.

Both the Potts and Arnolds, as far as I can determine, are MLM industry outsiders.

Elton Potts and John Arnold Sr. were advertising B-Eco earlier this year:

That does not appear to be the case.

Potts promoted cryptocurrency frauds on Telegram last year:

For his part, IHub Global HNT mining conned him.

So far, it looks like this:

In November of 2021, Potts and John Arnold Sr. started the FaceBook page “Survive and Thrive.”

It’s possible Arnold Sr. met Potts through the iHub Global scam.

Guillermo Joya has also been named as the Training and Media Manager for It’s Only 5.

MLM Ponzi schemes are a specialty of Joya’s. For instance, CashFX Group and Cloud Token are two of the options available.

The Potts are a family headquartered in Detroit, MI. The home of the Arnolds is in Texas. There’s also the Joyas, a Colombian-based band.

It’s Only 5’s MLM opportunity will be reviewed in detail below.

Products from Only 5 Companies

It’s Only 5 doesn’t offer anything for sale in the marketplace.

The Compensation Plan for It’s Only 5

In a nine-tier matrix cycler, only five affiliates pay $6 each to participate.

Only five of the six-dollar buy-in are retained. It’s Only 5’s cycler gets a $5 donation from the other $5.

A 2×3 matrix is used in the cycler of It’s Only 5.

There are two locations just below the top position in a 2×3 matrix:

The matrices begin with these two points. By dividing each of these two positions into two separate positions, the second level of the matrix can be created (four positions).

Eight spots are available on the third level of the matrix, which is constructed in the same way. For a 2 x 3 matrix, there are now fourteen places.

An initial $6 cycler position purchase is required to join the It’s Only 5 affiliate program.

There are only five endings.

There is nothing complicated about matrix cyclers. A lot of people buy-in, and you hope that more will do the same, so that your money may be taken from them.

To see just how far that idea has been pushed in, It’s Simply 5, we only have to look at the math.

One whole syllable $5 was put into the It’s Only 5 run and $30,490,387 was taken out. Over six million $5 payments have been made.

Additional 287,450 $5 payments are added to the total of $1,437,254 when referral commissions are taken into account.

Just one It’s Only 5 $5 slot will be blown up into hundreds of Round 1 Tier 1 places throughout that period.

Of course, the great majority of Its Only 5 investors won’t make it to the latter stages, when most invested monies have already been allocated.

Also, keep in mind that all position amounts are based on linearly filling It’s Only 5’s matrices. As a result, every new acquisition entered the same matrix.

Because they don’t, the total number of positions needed to run just one position across seven rounds is significantly higher.

Even in Round 1, fewer than 1% of the needed contributions (18,154 $5) will be repaid. For most investors, the minimum withdrawal amount is $100, which results in a loss of $5 or more.

Affiliates can spend as little as $5 in as many positions as they choose.

Is it possible to use the same e-mail address to log into several websites?

Only if you buy them from your back office. You’ll need to utilize distinct e-mail addresses for each new account you create. You may also use the Gmail technique if you have it.

Elton and Sarah Potts, John and Lisa Arnold, and Guillermo Joya, victims of their past scams and top recruiters for It’s Only 5, will be the principal beneficiaries in It’s Only 5.

Everyone else in It’s Only 5 has to lose money for these con artists to steal theirs.

Most participants in cycler Ponzi schemes are guaranteed to lose money, as we have shown above.

Two administrators are headquartered in the United States, while a third is based in Colombia but goes to the United States regularly.

SimilarWeb kept tabs on nearly a million There were just five visitors to our website from the United States in June 2022:

MLM cycler Ponzis are heavily regulated in the United States, where the DOJ, SEC, and FTC all play a role.

You already know the outcome, whether it’s a financial crash or a tightening of regulations.
