A few months after losing its website, Elevate Pass has once again crashed.

This time, CFO Mark Verdellen cashed out and took off for financial reasons.

Elevate Pass has characterized Verdellen’s exit scam as financial mismanagement rather than just acknowledging that they have no more invested monies to pay out.

Verdell recited the following screenplay while speaking in a video about his exit scam and Elevate Pass running out of money;

Mark Verdellen here, and I’d want to let everyone know what’s going on in Elevate Pass.

Elevate Pass’s financial condition is dire right now, and I am solely to blame.

Most of the company’s money has been lost as a result of my bad choices. I made those financial decisions on my own without consulting the other founders.

The founders weren’t informed when a sizable amount of funds was lost months ago since I didn’t do so. I chose to act alone in the hopes of regaining it because I had obscured and covered up the company’s true financial situation from them.

As a result, the corporation as a whole was put in danger.

I sincerely regret offending the founders and members. I am immediately resigning (from) my roles as CFO and Elevate Pass Limited member due to my conduct.

I am aware that The Elevate Pass may file a lawsuit against me.

Serial Ponzi schemer Mark Verdellen operates. PrBeforelevate Pass, he co-founded ImpulsX with Darren Bradbury, a notorious con artist. PrBeforehat, Verdellen was supporting the Elysium Capital Ponzi scam run by Fred Stege.

Elevate Pass was a straightforward Ponzi scam with a 200% ROI adpack.

Rafael Cebula (CEO), Jolanda Vroegh (COO), and Kaja Sikora (CMO), the ringleaders of Elevate Pass, conducted a webinar to read out their wrist following Verdellen’s exexit scam

We wish to reassure our members that we, the founders, are not closing the business in light of Mark’s comments, current developments, and the poor financial status of the organization.

Additionally, we are not evaporating or hiding. We are here to help you.

Mark’s resignation is accepted. He is no longer associated with Elevate Pass as of right now.

We request your patience and understanding as the only remaining founders. We regret to notify you that due to a lack of trading money, we will need to temporarily halt cashback withdrawals over the next months.

The domain for Elevate Pass’ website was offline at the time of publishing. Over the previous few months, SimilarWeb has observed a consistent fall in traffic:

Originally from someplace in Europe, Rafael Cebula. Cebula announced his impending departure for Thailand on May 5th after obtaining UK citizenship back in February.

On May 11th, Elevate Pass initially collapsed. Cebula is still having a good time in Thailand right now:

Unsurprisingly, Cebula was promoting Mark Verdellen’s Impulsx Ponzi scheme prbeforelevate Pass.

According to SimilarWeb’s traffic estimations, the US (10%), Brazil (9%), and Iran (8%), respectively, account for the bulk of Elevate Pass’s victims.

It is unknown how many Elevate Pass victims there were overall and how much money they lost together.
