NXR Global is carried on by Nexus Rewards.

You may confirm this by trying to access the previous version of NXR Global’s website at “nxrglobal.com”. The domain is currently redirected to Nexus Rewards.

David and Bob Bremner (right), along with other members of their family, are connected to Nexus Rewards and NXR Global. Over the past few years, they have been the driving force behind several MLM businesses.

With vStreamTV, BehindMLM began following Bremner’s MLM exploits in 2015. In the end, IXQ TV replaced vStreamTV.

The MPA shut down IXQ TV in late 2019 after discovering that both stream and IXQ TV offered unauthorized streaming material.

That brought us to the introduction of Lifestyle Connections sometime in early 2020. A short-lived savings subscription offer was Lifestyle Connections.

Pyur Global was a new venture for the Bremner family in 2016. An “iHeart Device” and a variety of nutritional supplements were both promoted by Pyur Global.

It is noteworthy that the Bremners oversaw attempts to direct victims of the Noble 8 Revolution Ponzi, most of whom were elderly, into Pyur Global.

Pyur Global was relaunched as Pyur Life in April 2019. The website for Pyur Life is still up, however, SimilarWeb records very little traffic.

NXR Global was initially spotted by BehindMLM in the Lifestyle Connections marketing materials. According to Lifestyle Connections, it was “driven by NXR Global”.

For the several MLM ventures the Bremners developed throughout the years, NXR Global served as a sort of parent company.

The DNS for the website of NXR Global was last updated on November 2, 2021. The domain “mynexusrewards.com,” privately registered on January 4th, 2022, serves as the operating site for Nexus Rewards.

Through Nutronix Revolution, a Virginia corporation formed in Mechanicsville, the Bremners run their multiple MLM businesses.

The Bremner’s are claiming that Art and Rob Phelps are the company’s co-founders rather than merely acknowledging their ownership in Nexus Rewards.

Since the beginning of the Bremners’ MLM ventures with the original Nutronix International (2008, maybe late 2007), the Phelps have been engaged.

Read on for a thorough analysis of the MLM opportunity offered by Nexus Rewards.

Employer commissions

Nexus Rewards uses a unilevel compensation system to pay hiring commissions.

An affiliate is put at the head of a unilevel team in a unilevel pay system, and each affiliate they recruited is positioned immediately under them (level 1):

New affiliates brought on by any level 1 affiliates are added to the original affiliate’s unilevel team at level 2.

If any level 2 affiliates bring on new affiliates, they are promoted to level 3, and so on down a theoretically endless number of levels.

Nexus Rewards limits the number of pay-per-level team levels to six.

As a proportion of the monthly fees paid by affiliates hired into the unilevel team, the following is how recruitment commissions are paid:

level 1 (affiliates that I directly recruited): $10

level 2 (to unlock, you must find and keep two affiliates) – $1

level 3 (to unlock, you must find and keep three affiliates): $0.50

level 4 (unlockable after acquiring and maintaining four affiliates): $0.50

level 5 (to unlock, you must find and keep five affiliates): $0.50

level 6 (unlockable after acquiring and retaining six affiliates): $0.50

Bonus Code

On the second and fourth hires made by affiliates, they recruited, Nexus Rewards affiliates earn a $5 Coded Bonus.

In turn, the $5 coded bonuses for the second level recruit and fourth recruit are likewise passed up, and so on.

As long as “coded” downline affiliates are still paying $21.95 each month, coded bonuses will be paid out.

Forever Pay

A bonus from the unilevel team’s level 3 is added through Infinity Pay. Additionally, Infinity Pay increases recruitment commissions past the initial six tiers.

In each unilevel team leg, affiliates in the Pro 25 receive an additional 25 cents on level 3 up to the following Pro 25 or above.

In each unilevel team leg, affiliates in the Pro 50 receive an additional 25 cents on level 3 and an additional 50 or more cents on level 4, down to the following Pro 25.

In each unilevel team leg, affiliates with a 1 Star ranking receive an additional 25 cents on levels 3, 4, and 5, down to the following 1 Star or above.

In each unilevel team leg, affiliates with a 2 Star ranking receive an additional 25 cents on levels 3, 4, 5, and 6, down to the following 2 Star or above.

In each unilevel team leg, affiliates with a 3 Star ranking receive an additional 25 cents on levels 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, down to the following 3 Star or above.

In each unilevel team leg, Diamond ranking affiliates receive an additional 25 cents on levels 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, down to the next Diamond or above.

In each unilevel team leg, DD Diamond-rated affiliates receive an additional 25 cents on levels 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, down to the next DD Diamond or above.

In each unilevel team leg, DDD Diamond and Ambassador ranking affiliates receive an additional 15 cents on level 10 and an additional 25 cents on levels 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8.

Keep in mind that Infinity Pay stacks. A 3 Star can get that.

$1.75 on level 3

On level 4, $1

On level 5, $1.25

On level 6, $1.50

level 7 and deeper, $1

The Infinity Bonus for a Diamond is the same, however levels 7 and deeper give out $1.25 and $1.50 respectively.

6-Month Recruitment Matrix Commissions

After an affiliate has made a six-month payment of $21.95 per month, the recruiting commissions for the Nexus Rewards matrix go into effect.

A 310 matrix is used by Nexus Rewards to give out matrix recruitment commissions.

A Nexus Rewards affiliate is positioned at the top of a 310 matrix, with the following three spots immediately behind them:

The initial level of the matrix is made up of these three places. These initial three locations are divided into another three positions each to create the second level of the matrix (9 positions).

The matrix is constructed from levels three to ten in the same way, with each level containing three times as many spots as the one before it.

Through both direct and indirect recruiting of Nexus Rewards affiliates, positions in the matrix are filled.

Monthly payment of 10 cents is made for each matrix spot filled. On level 10, if a Nexus Rewards associate pays $21.95 per month in bitcoin, they will get paid 25 cents for each position filled.

The matrix recruitment commissions received by affiliates who were personally recruited are also 100% matched.

Commissions for Your Life

If personally recruited affiliates buy Pyur Life goods, Nexus Rewards affiliates receive a 20% commission.

Worldwide Bonus Pool

An undetermined portion of the $21.95 a month in affiliate fees is taken by Nexus Rewards. The Global Bonus Pool is financed with this portion.

Each month, the Global Bonus Pool is divided equally among affiliates in the Ambassador tier of Nexus Rewards.

signing up for Nexus Rewards

Membership in Nexus Rewards is $10 upfront and $21.95 every month after that.

Nexus Rewards Verdict

With a more robust reward structure, Nexus Rewards is a reinvention of NXR Global. Nexus Rewards is a pyramid scam, which is the issue.

The “affiliates who don’t recruit are retail customers” approach has been used by Nexus Rewards. We saw this approach collapse when it was put to the regulatory test against the FTC with both Herbalife and Vemma.

Simply put, an MLM business is operating a pyramid scheme if it markets or sells items to consumers directly.

The acquisition of affiliates who pay Nexus Rewards $21.95 per month is required for all commissions to be paid out. These costs are what pay for the compensation scheme.

Thus, the MLM opportunity offered by Nexus Rewards is unrelated to its “savings and cashback apps”.

Backing up, it becomes clear that the savings component of Nexus Rewards is worthless when we consider the failure of the savings component of the two MLM organizations that came before it.

These days, anyone can receive discounts for nothing, which immediately disadvantages a company that charges hundreds of dollars for non-exclusive membership.

The Bremners have changed the entry prices and the compensation scheme instead of addressing that.

Not a big surprise because that’s what’s being promoted here in the end.

Math ensures that most people who participate in pyramid schemes lose money, therefore Nexus Rewards’ business model fails the regulatory compliance test.
