In the MLM space for cryptocurrencies, BitMonsters works.

On its website, the business doesn’t have a corporate address. However, “China Hong Kong” may be seen on the website footer of BitMonsters, indicating connections to southeast Asia.

Contrary to the Terms and Conditions on the BitMonsters website, which claim;

Incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is BitMonsters (SV) Ltd.

In terms of MLM due diligence, both Hong Kong shell firms and St. Vincent and the Grenadines shell businesses are useless.

The connections between BitMonsters and Dubai are not meaningless.

Louis Casper Dünweber, the CEO of BitMonsters, is in charge (right).

According to Dünweber’s company biography at BitMonsters, he is a “rich businessman.” I was unable to confirm that assertion.

I had trouble verifying several things regarding Dünweber. He looks to be quite wealthy and spends most of his time uploading pictures on Instagram.

There is a very good chance Dünweber is the CEO of Boris.

According to SimilarWeb, 81% of the BitMonsters website is now located in Ukraine.

Dünweber is thought to be a citizen of the UK. or, at the absolute least, has lived there for a sizable portion of his life.

Unsurprisingly, Dünweber is based in Dubai as well:

The world’s MLM crime capital is Dubai.

Dubai’s BehindMLM rules are as follows:

You are being conned if a Dubai resident contacts you about an MLM opportunity.

An MLM business is fraudulent if it claims to be headquartered in Dubai or to have connections there.

Recurring Commissions

On each bitcoin deposited into the business, BitMonsters pays a 31% fee.

First, a referral commission is handed out in the previous section, “Referral Commissions.”

The difference between referral commissions given to downline affiliates with lower rankings and the 31% is what is paid as residual commissions.

BitMonsters uses a unilevel compensation scheme to monitor referral commissions.

An affiliate is put at the head of a unilevel team in a unilevel pay system, and each affiliate they recruited is positioned immediately under them (level 1):

New affiliates brought on by any level 1 affiliates are added to the original affiliate’s unilevel team at level 2.

If any level 2 affiliates bring on new affiliates, they are promoted to level 3, and so on down a theoretically endless number of levels.

We’ll take the example of a downline Rank 6 affiliate who is on your unilevel team and brings in a new affiliate who invests to demonstrate residual commissions.

The affiliate at rank six gets paid their 18% referral commission. A residual commission of 13% is still owed to the upline, higher-rated affiliates.

Consider yourself to be in rank 14 and every affiliate between you and the affiliate in rank 6 is ranked lower than you.

Your residual commission, in this case, would be 10% (your 28% Rank 14 rate less the 18% already paid out).

31% less the 28% that have already been paid out leaves just 3% to be distributed. This sum would be given to an affiliate with a rank of 15 or above in the unilevel team farther upline. If a Rank 15 was discovered first, followed by a Rank 16 and then a Rank 17, then there may be more than one affiliate.

It should be noted that every time a Rank 17 affiliate brings on a new affiliate or earns a residual income, they get the whole 31% commission or whatever is left over, up to 31%.

Nothing ever gets passed up so that a Rank 17 can be rewarded.

Comparative Bonus

According to BitMonsters’ compensation structure, the Matching Bonus might be anything between “10% and 3%.”

No specific information is offered.

Bonus for Rank Achievement

BitMonsters offers the following one-time Rank Achievement Bonuses to affiliates that meet the requirements at Rank 6 and higher:

At rank 6, you’ll earn an iPhone or $1,000 USDT; at rank 7, you’ll get a MacBook or $2,000 USDT; at rank 8, you’ll get “Yacht Leadership in Dubai”; and at rank 9, you’ll get a Rolex Daytona.

Qualify at Rank 10 to receive an Audi RS 6, or Qualify at Rank 11 to receive an apartment, or Qualify at Rank 12 to receive a Ferrari California, or Qualify at Rank 13 to receive a Rolls Royce Phantom, or Qualify at Rank 14 to receive a “Villa on Bali,” or Qualify at Rank 15 to receive a yacht, or Qualify at Rank 16 to receive a villa in Dubai, or Qualify

It costs nothing to become a BitMonsters associate member.

A minimum investment of $100, paid in tether or bitcoin, is required for full participation in the associated income opportunity.

BitMonsters Summary

BitMonsters is a typical MLM Ponzi fraud operating in Dubai.

Untrustworthy CEO; not an actor, but unlikely to be in charge of the business Dubai links to cryptocurrencies used in Russia and Ukraine; “we generate foreign money via trading”

Underscoring that final argument, “trade outcomes” offered by MLM organizations

is not a replacement for the audited financial reports submitted to financial regulators, nor is it proof that outside income was utilized to finance withdrawals.

Any MLM firm offering a passive investment plan must meet the latter condition.

This is the case with BitMonsters. Additionally, BitMonsters is at the very least engaging in securities fraud by neglecting to submit audited financial reports and register with financial regulators.

The claim made by BitMonsters that the creation of a shell company in Hong Kong makes investment fraud permissible is false:

As with all MLM Ponzi scams, the fresh investment will cease as soon as affiliate recruiting does.

This will deprive BitMonsters of ROI income, leading to a final collapse.

The mathematics behind Ponzi schemes ensures that when they fail, the majority of investors lose money.

While the business seeks investment in tether and bitcoin, BitMonsters prefers to use the “big monsters token” exit scam.

The native BitMonsters coin, which will be made available in the upcoming days, will function as a reward delivery mechanism and be useable across the ecosystem.

You are familiar with the procedure. When bitcoin and tether are released, investors are rewarded with worthless bit monsters tokens.

Everyone is left holding another worthless Ponzi token and the inevitable exit scam.
