On its website, Adivah Tech doesn’t include any information about the company’s ownership or executives.

The principal domain name for Adivah Tech’s website (“”) was privately registered on August 28, 2022.

Additionally, “” is owned by Adivah Tech, although it is now parked.

In September 2021, the Adivah Trading Academy domain name was first registered. On September 15, 2022, the private registration was last updated.

The official Adivah Trading Academy Facebook page was started on May 8, 2021. This, in my opinion, was Adivah Tech’s initial intended name.

Always consider joining and/or giving any money to an MLM firm very carefully if it is not transparent about who owns or runs it.

Products by Adivah Tech

There are no retailable goods or services offered by Adivah Tech.

Only the Adivah Tech affiliate membership itself may be promoted by affiliates.

The Compensation Plan of Adivah Tech

Affiliates of Adivah Tech make investments of $250 or more in exchange for a passive ROI of “3%-5% daily objective”.

Adivah Tech levies a 25% tax on profits made.

On the forex trading platform of EnviFX, Adivah Tech operates its MLM opportunity. Adivah Tech’s MLM division is thus compensated by EnviFX’s compensation structure.

Market Commissions

Envi FX uses a unilevel compensation structure to pay commissions.

An affiliate is put at the head of a unilevel team in a unilevel pay system, and each affiliate they recruited is positioned immediately under them (level 1):

New affiliates brought on by any level 1 affiliates are added to the original affiliate’s unilevel team at level 2.

If any level 2 affiliates bring on new affiliates, they are promoted to level 3, and so on down a theoretically endless number of levels.

Five is Envi FX’s maximum number of pay-per-level team levels.

For each of these five tiers, the following commissions are paid per lot trading volume:

levels 2 through 5 are 75 cents per lot (personally recruited affiliates) and $1.50 per lot (other affiliates).

Usually, one lot equals 100,000 units of the base currency. It’s unclear how this affects Envi FX’s simulated trading.

Higher commission rates are given to Envi FX affiliates with a high rise and top heavy rankings:

Affiliates with a high ranking in the High Rise receive $2 on level 1, $1 on level 2, 95 cents on level 3, $30 on level 4, and 25 cents on level 5.

Affiliates with the Top Heavy rank receive $2.50 on level 1, $1.50 on level 2, and 50 cents on level 3.

Note that there are no qualifications for the High Rise and Top Heavy ranks.

Adivah Tech membership

The affiliate program for Adivah Tech looks to be free.

The linked income opportunity requires a minimum commitment of $250 to be fully participated in.

Adivah Tech Summary

The second bogus investment site by EnviFX that BehindMLM has examined is Adivah Tech.

First up was Automated Capital, which last week finished with massive losses as was to be expected. It’s more of the same at Adivah Tech.

While Kyle Cole and Hendry J. Argus led Automated Capital, it is unknown to whom EnviFX has contracted out Adivah Tech.

One commercial film from Adivah Tech features a computer-generated presenter and robot voice dub.

Adivah Tech organizes their investment scam using a Telegram channel, similar to Automated Capital.

Adivah Tech is engaging in securities and commodities fraud if you take the business at its word.

Neither Adivah Tech nor EnviFX offer proof that they have registered with the appropriate financial authorities. This would be the SEC and CFTC in the US.

Adivah Tech’s MLM component introduces an extra level of deception. Adivah Tech functions as a pyramid scheme when there are no retail sales.

According to BehindMLM, MLM businesses only choose to conduct their business unlawfully since they aren’t carrying on their stated objectives.

Whether it happens now, tomorrow, next week, next month, or whenever, the majority of participants in Adivah Trade will unavoidably lose money.

Promoters and those operating EnviFX’s scam chances are the only ones who profit from them.
