The UK subsidiary of PGI Global has been dissolved by the High Court.

According to an order issued on September 13, PGI Global UK Ltd has been “wound up” and is subject to liquidation.

The High Court dissolved PGI Global UK Ltd on September 13 and appointed the Official Receiver as the company’s liquidator.

RV Palafox ran the Ponzi scam known as PGI Global (aka Ramil Ventura Palafox).

PGI Global ceased operations in March 2021. Investors were kept in suspense until October when US police confiscated the website of the fraud.

The UK Supreme Court observed;

Despite contradictory assessments of the company’s trading activities supplied by two former directors, it appears that PGI’s primary business activity was the buying and selling of cryptocurrencies.

Although they are not identified, I believe the directors in question are Helen L. Graham and Claire Wilkinson, both of whom are from the United Kingdom.

Graham and Wilkinson led the brief revival of PGI Global in September 2021.

After the collapse of PGI Global, Graham moved to Dubai. From the MLM crime capital in the globe, Graham and his accomplice Shofi Ullah continue to cheat consumers.

Meta Nuva, a Nuva Token-based ERC-20 shit token Ponzi scam, is the duo’s most recent con.

RV Palafox, thought to be a dual citizen of the United States and the Philippines, is sought by US authorities. At the time of publishing, Palafox was still on the run.

The High Court of the United Kingdom affirmed the ongoing US regulatory inquiry against PGI Global;

PGI is said to be a subsidiary of Praetorian Group International Trading Inc., whose website was seized by the US Department of Justice and US Department of the Treasury according to a warrant issued by the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Ramil Ventura Palafox, who resides in the United States, is the company’s only appointed director. He did not participate in the inquiry by the Insolvency Service.

Uncertain is the liquidation value of PGI Global’s UK shell firm.

For years, BehindMLM has criticized the UK government for its inactivity over the widespread registration of scam shell corporations.
