On its website, M80 Advertising doesn’t say who owns it or who runs it.

The website address (“m80advertising.com”) for M80 Advertising was privately registered on December 4, 2022.

Curtis Webb is the name of a YouTube channel that hosts marketing videos for M80 Advertising.

Webb has an admin account for M80 Advertising under the name “fishmerman”:

Last year, Webb promoted VIP Global Stars, an MLM company run by LaCore Enterprises and led by Eric Caprarese.

It looks like VIP Global Stars went out of business in the second half of 2022. So, M80 Advertising will start up in or around December 2022.

If an MLM company isn’t clear about who owns or runs it, you should always think twice before joining or giving them any money.

The Products of M80 Advertising
M80 Advertising has no products or services that can be sold.

Affiliates can only sell M80 Advertising’s affiliate membership.

With an M80 Advertising affiliate membership, you get advertising credits and different tools for marketing.

The Pay Plan for M80 Advertising
Affiliates of M80 Advertising have to pay $75 per month. When they bring in other people who do the same thing, they get paid commissions.

Note that M80 Advertising will only pay out commissions if the affiliates it finds continue to pay $75 a month.

Recruitment Commissions
Affiliates of M80 Advertising get $25 a month for each new affiliate they bring in.

Commissions that don’t end
A 210 matrix is how M80 Advertising pays out commissions that keep coming in.

In a 210 matrix, an affiliate is at the top, and two positions are right below them:

The first level of the matrix is made up of these two spots. The second level of the matrix is made by dividing each of the first two positions into two more (4 positions).

The third through tenth levels of the matrix are made the same way, with each new level having twice as many spots as the one before it.

Affiliates of M80 Advertising are hired to fill positions in the matrix in both direct and indirect ways.

Affiliates of M80 Advertising get $2 a month for each position filled in their “matrix.”

Bonus for Matching
The Matching Bonus is unlocked when an M80 Advertising affiliate brings on four more affiliates.

The Matching Bonus is a 100% match on the residual commissions made by affiliates you’ve recruited in the future.

No Matching Bonus is paid on the four qualified affiliates that you brought in.

Signing up with M80 Advertising
Each month, it costs $75 to be an affiliate member of M80 Advertising.

Advertising for the M80
M80 Advertising is a simple pyramid scheme that costs $75 a month.

New affiliates are brought in, and their monthly fees are used to pay commissions to the people who brought them in.

Compliance-wise, M80 Advertising’s bundles of ad credits and marketing tools don’t mean anything because they don’t sell or market anything to retail customers.

With adcredits, you can’t make a Ponzi scheme legal, and you can’t make a pyramid scheme legal either.

As with all MLM pyramid schemes, commissions will stop once there are no more affiliates to sign up.

This means that the affiliates at the bottom of the pyramid won’t pay their monthly affiliate fee, which means that the affiliates above them won’t get paid.

If they don’t find new people to join, they will also stop paying their monthly affiliate fee.

Once enough M80 Advertising affiliates stop paying $75 a month, the system falls apart in a way that can’t be fixed.

The math behind pyramid schemes guarantees that most people will lose money when they fail, which they always do.
